Q: What was your first race? A: The Ashburton Sprint Triathlon. I was stoked to finish in 10th place.
Q: What was your first win? A: The Canterbury Sprint Triathlon after Ironman New Zealand '04. Everyone else was doing the oly :-)
Q: What is your favourite food? A: Candy :-) And anything with chicken in it.
Q: And your favourite drink? A: Coffee and water.
Q: What is the worst record you have ever bought? A: I'm embarrassed to say it... Hanson.
Q: What were you like at school? A: I was the kid who liked to be the joker. My reports always said, "Chris likes to disrupt and is easily disrupted".

Q: What kind of books do you read? A: Autobiographies.
Q: What is your childhood nickname? A: Tipper.
Q: How did you get into triathlon? A: I followed my brothers into it.
Q: What is your ideal holiday destination? A: Anywhere the sun is shining.
Q: How do you relax? A: Watching TV or having a coffee with my pals.
Q: What is your favourite ride? A: Anything with winding hills, a group of mates and a couple of sprints for fun.
Q: What is your most unpleasant characteristic? A: I always love to be the objective view and have a debate.
